A rare and unique climbing ariod! These rhaphidophoras "shingle" onto the surface that they grow against climbing up and up, eventually producing large fenestrated leaves. Each pot comes with a board that the plant has started shingling to, be sure to water or mist the board to encourgae new leaves to latch on!
Climate - Native to Solomon Islands
Light - Bright indirect, but can do very limited direct if acclimated slowly
Soil - Well-draining potting soil
Water - Water weekly, allow top inch to dry before watering.
Humidity - Likes increased humidity, but does not require added humidity
Temperature - Typical indoor temperature acceptable, prefers temperatures above 65 degrees
Fertilizer - Fertilize monthly in spring and summer with a balanced fertilizer containing macro-nutrients, don't fertilize in winter
